How do you ensure the freshness of the produce?

We harvest our produce daily from local sustainable farms. All orders are packed in temperature-controlled, eco-friendly insulated boxes to ensure peak freshness from our greenhouse to your doorstep.

Where does Greenhouse deliver?

We currently offer local delivery within a 50-mile radius of our distribution centers to minimize our carbon footprint. Enter your zip code at checkout to see if we service your area.

Are your products organic?

Yes, 100% of our inventory is certified organic. We pride ourselves on offering food that is free from synthetic pesticides, herbicides, and GMOs.

What is your return policy for perishable items?

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your food, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We will issue a full refund or a replacement credit to your account immediately.

Can I skip or pause my weekly subscription?

Absolutely. You can manage your delivery schedule through your account dashboard. Simply select 'Skip Week' at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery date.
