Fiery Ginger

My base is a feisty combination of ginger and turmeric—two sporting friends to call upon when sniffles season arrives. (You'll notice a peppy pal in the mix: When taken together, black pepper has been shown to enhance the bioavailability of curcumin, the active component in turmeric.)

I’ve also been told I make a great travel companion. Oil of oregano provides welcome immunity support, necessary when venturing to pastures new. I’m still small enough to make it through airport security, and I promise I’ll never hog the armrest.
